Job Responsibilities:

Perform accurate data entry for shipments, orders, and logistics records Track and trace shipments to ensure timely deliveries Handle day-to-day operations and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment Communicate with carriers, drivers, and customers to provide updates and resolve any issues Maintain organized records and documentation to support smooth logistics operations Collaborate with the team to optimize processes and improve efficiency

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation to and from work Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Basic computer skills and familiarity with logistics software (a plus but not required) A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Why Join Us?
