Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist with a background in logistics and supply chain management. The ideal candidate will assist in enhancing product workflow by analyzing and developing logistics plans to support production, distribution, and inventory efficiency. This role will help implement procedures that ensure customer satisfaction and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Support logistics planning and process improvement efforts. Analyze data to optimize shipping, receiving, and inventory workflows. Maintain accurate records and reporting related to inventory and distribution. Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities. Assist with the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures. Work under supervision while following established guidelines and instructions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

U.S. citizenship is required. Associate’s degree or equivalent experience (0-2 years in a logistics or supply chain role). Knowledge of standard logistics and inventory practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. Customer service oriented with strong team-building ability.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with shipping/receiving operations. Strong recordkeeping and reporting accuracy.
