Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Event and Logistics Coordinator to support the planning and execution of our events. This part-time role (30 hours/week) is ideal for someone with strong planning skills who thrives on keeping details in order and events running smoothly from start to finish.
Responsibilities :
Plan and coordinate all logistical aspects of events from conception to completion Develop detailed timelines, task lists, and production schedules to ensure seamless execution Source and manage vendors, venues, transportation, and supplies Track budgets, contracts, and event milestones Serve as point of contact during events, handling issues in real time Prepare and maintain planning documents, event briefs, and post-event reports Collaborate with internal teams to align event planning with goals and brand standards
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in event coordination or logistics Proven ability to plan ahead, manage multiple moving parts, and stay on schedule Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication Proficiency with planning tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or event management software Calm under pressure and solution-oriented Availability for occasional evening or weekend event support Why Join Us?
