We are the trusted supplier to many of the most widely known brands in the country and throughout the world. Our Company headquarters and primary distribution facility is located in Bourne MA, with several pier, tank house, and pounding facilities located in downeast Maine.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Bourne, MA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing seafood supply chain operations, ensuring timely delivery of orders. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, strong general computing skills, and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate shipments and manage logistics activities to ensure timely delivery of goods. Oversee the daily operations of our truck fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and driver management. Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management to prevent stock shortages or overages. Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that arise. Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation and records including work orders, picking tickets, Bills of Lading, Air Way Bills, and Invoices. Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient loading and unloading of shipments. Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and company policies. Work closely with other departments to align logistics strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional logistics or supply chain certification is a plus. Previous experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in the Seafood industry is preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with logistics software, transportation management systems, and ERP systems. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Must be available to work on weekends. Must be available to start work early (before first shift floor staff arrives)
