job summary: A Process Technician is needed in the Gloucester, MA area for an American corporation that supplies equipment, services and software for the manufacture of semiconductor chips for electronics, flat panel displays for computers, smartphones, televisions, and solar products. This Process Technician role manages wafer logistics, measurements, and inventory tracking in a Demo Lab environment, requiring strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work in a team, with full training provided.

Gloucester, Massachusetts job type: Contract salary: $19.14 – 19.75 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: High School responsibilities: Manage wafer logistics for Demo Lab, Field Applications, and Advanced Applications teams.
Perform wafer transfers between teams or equipment.
Conduct particle measurements on wafers.
Handle wafer shipping and receiving processes.
Order wafers and maintain proper inventory of wafer storage.
Track and report wafer spending and usage.
Skills:
strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
