Supply Planner Position Available In Hudson, New Jersey

Our client, a leading player in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a USA – Supply Planner to join their team. As a Supply Planner, you will be part of the supply chain department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

• What’s the Job?
• + Own the end-to-end supply planning and execution of in/out display programs under the skin cleansing category.

+ Lead cross-functional meetings with supply, brand, customer service, packaging, and manufacturing teams to align on timelines and requirements. + Develop project timelines and ensure critical milestones (design lock, PO placement, production start, ship date) are met. + Manage component and material readiness, identify supply risks, and drive resolution to avoid delays. + Track demand signals and customer commitments to ensure alignment with supply plans.

• What’s Needed?
• + Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

+ 3+ years of experience in supply planning or project management (CPG experience a plus). + Experience working with promotional or short-lead-time programs is strongly preferred. + Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Proficiency in Excel, project planning tools, and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
