Job Summary:

As a Helicopter Tour Flight Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of our operations, orchestrating every aspect of the tour flight process. From overseeing flight operations to managing customer inquiries and handling payments, your role will be integral to providing our customers with an unforgettable adventure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all flight operations in strict adherence to FAA regulations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
• Efficiently manage flight schedules and bookings to optimize operational efficiency.
• Maintain meticulous records of flight operations, customer transactions, and relevant data.
• Offer support to our souvenir shop’s retail sales when required.
• Process customer payments using various methods, including cash and credit/debit cards.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a Flight Coordinator or similar role. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Outstanding customer service abilities, coupled with a professional approach to handling customer inquiries. Strong organizational aptitude, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities. Familiarity with FAA regulations and guidelines pertaining to flight operations. Effective interpersonal and communication skills, fostering a collaborative work environment.
