Planner & Work Order Coordinator 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars Mount Union, PA 17066 EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field preferred. 2-5 years of experience in production planning, materials management, or a similar role in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., Oracle, Omega) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address planning and scheduling challenges. Experience with additional tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL for reporting and analytics is preferred.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or control; talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Factory environment includes exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Travel less than 10%
