Position Specific Responsibilities:

Planning and tracking loads/shipment activities and maintaining accurate records Identifying traffic problems and/or issues creating appropriate corrective action plans to achieve desirable results on time Communicating with drivers and customers to schedule shipment activities and performing administrative tasks to deliver high-quality service for all parties Utilize organizational equipment and updated required information into systems complied with state and federal rules, procedures and regulations Correspond with customers, report client requests Continued knowledge of industry relevant laws, regulations and requirements

Education/Requirements:

BS/BA or prior relevant experience Ability to work a flexible schedule if needed
