The d Tool Technician I supports the Philips North America d Tool Program (P-NASTP) order fulfillment process by inspecting and documenting tool inventory for quality and accuracy, ensuring damage-free and on-time tool delivery, managing shipments of miscellaneous items, and handling the receipt, inspection, put away, and storage of P-NASTP inventory.
Your role:

Order Fulfillment:

Execute order fulfillment processes, ensuring accurate inventory inspection and documentation. Confirm the quality and accuracy of orders before shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.

Shipment Management:

Coordinate the inbound and outbound shipment of Philips North America d Tool Program inventory.

Inventory Receipt & Storage:

Oversee the receipt, inspection, storage, andanization of P-NASTP inventory, ensuring that all items are properly inspected, documented and stored in accordance withpany standards.

Coordination & Communication:

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing and shipping of orders. Maintain clearmunication with relevant departments to address and resolve any potential delays in shipping schedules.

Shipping Schedules & Performance Monitoring:

Monitor shipping schedules, track shipments, and proactively address any potential delays. Implement strategies to enhance delivery performance and ensure customer satisfaction.

The hourly pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $21.63 to $34.62, plus overtime eligibility.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, otherpensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, salesmission or long-term incentives may be offered.
