We are currently partnered with an extremely well established and high performing middle market Investment Bank looking to add an Associate to their Investment Banking team in Atlanta, GA. This individual will have the opportunity to experience consistent deal flow in a market adverse subsector, work with a very well known team in the space, and enjoy a stable work environment and committed senior leadership team. The Investment Banking Associate will be responsible for: Supporting the senior leaders at the firm on the execution of M&A transactions Building financial models, conducting due diligence, preparing marketing materials and pitch decks Assisting in the training and mentoring of junior bankers Conducting market research and financial analysis The Investment Banking Associate should have: At least 2 years of Investment Banking experience in any industry A strong interest in the Industrials sector, and the Specialty Distribution subsector Strong financial acumen and technical skills Experience working across sell side M&A transactions throughout the life cycle of the deal Currently based or open to relocating to Atlanta, GA This role is moving quickly through processes, so please apply in directly if you’d be interested in learning more about this opportunity!
