About Us:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven Senior Analyst to support the Direct-to-Door (D2D) sales channel with territory management across both internal and external teams. The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical skills to optimize the distribution of consumer fiber leads and enhance the overall effectiveness of the sales strategy and ensuring coordination with Service delivery. This role requires a strong ability to foster collaborative working relationships with Sales, Field Operations, Marketing, and IT departments. This job description aims to attract candidates with the right mix of analytical skills and collaborative abilities to support effective lead distribution and territory management within the D2D sales channel.

What You’ll Do Territory Management:

Develop and implement strategies for efficient territory management across internal and external D2D sales teams. Analyze geographic and demographic data to identify optimal lead distribution opportunities and adjust territories as needed. Monitor and report on territory performance, providing insights into driving strategic decision-making.

Lead Distribution Optimization:

Collaborate with Sales, Field Operations, Marketing, and IT to ensure effective distribution of consumer fiber leads. Utilize data analytics to improve lead quality and conversion rates within assigned territories. Partner with marketing teams to align campaigns with territory needs and opportunities.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Conduct thorough analysis using Excel and other analytics tools to generate actionable insights. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and cross-functional teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders in Sales, Field Operations, Marketing, and IT. Participate in cross-functional projects to align territory management strategies with broader organizational goals.

System and Process Optimization:

Utilize Sales Rabbit and other relevant systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency in territory management. Identify and implement enhancements to existing systems and workflows to support sales operations. Do You Have Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales operations or analytical role, preferably supporting D2D sales channels.
