Full-Time Job Summary Wind Florida and Owens Roofing Services is a dynamic, small multi-service construction company based in Central Florida, with divisions in roofing, insurance inspections, and residential homebuilding. We’re looking for a highly organized and experienced General Manager / Operations Director to lead our office operations and support field activities. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in construction, office management, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of roofing, inspection, and construction divisions
• Train and manage office, sales and field personnel
• Maintain office systems and organize administrative tasks
• Schedule jobs and manage subcontractor communications
• Oversee QuickBooks bookkeeping and monthly reporting
• Assist in hiring and onboarding processes
• Ensure permitting and compliance tasks are timely and accurate
• Act as executive support and second-in-command to the business owner
• Personal assistant Qualifications
• 3+ years in operations, construction management, or similar office leadership role
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office / share point / CRM / Google Workspace
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Construction or roofing industry experience strongly preferred
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
