Position Description U.S. Soccer is seeking a proactive, organized, and service-oriented Coordinator, Finance and Strategy in a high-impact support role that spans both administrative and strategic functions. This position will support our Chief Financial Officer and Chief Strategy Officer to help manage day-to-day administrative operations, logistics, and engagement activities in Atlanta, GA and across the broader organization.
This is a unique opportunity for an early-career professional or recent graduate who is eager to get their foot in the door, gain exposure to executive decision-making, and grow within a mission-driven national organization. You’ll be at the intersection of strategic leadership and operational execution, with direct visibility into senior-level priorities. Primary Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the CFO and CSO, including calendar management, travel coordination, and internal/external scheduling.
Help prepare for meetings, events, and presentations by drafting agendas, coordinating logistics, and compiling briefing materials.
Support external engagement efforts in Fayette County / Atlanta by managing event prep, follow-up, and stakeholder coordination.
Join senior executives in meetings (virtual and in-person) to take notes, track follow-ups, and ensure timely execution.
Assist with ad hoc operational and strategic initiatives across Finance, Strategy, and the Office of the CEO.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless coordination across the executive layer. Requirements Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree 1-4 years of relevant experience in operations, administrative support, or project coordination
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with strong follow-through
Comfortable working with executives and external stakeholders with discretion and professionalism
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Curious, coachable, and eager to grow — you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and learn by doing
