He/she serves as a conduit for all departments of Cinnabon and GoTo Foods including Marketing, Research and development, Training, Operations, Non-Trad Ops, Supply Chain, and IT to ensure consistent execution of brand standards and drive efficiency in common areas and workstreams.

Requirements:

Education H.S. Diploma Req Bachelor’s Degree Pref Work Experience 7+ years quick service, full-service, franchise operations and or/hospitality industry highly preferred Pref Project management experience Pref Skills and Abilities Proficiency in computer skills, i.e. Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook Excellent writing and communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to be flexible and effectively work with others as a team.
