We’re seeking a Legal Operations Manager to lead our firm’s use of technology and AI tools to streamline intake, case management, client communication, and reporting. This role is critical to improving client experience, efficiency, and profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee firm-wide technology implementation, including AI-driven intake and client communication platforms.
• Liaise with attorneys, paralegals, and tech vendors to ensure seamless workflows.
• Evaluate and improve automation tools like Lawmatics, Smith.ai, Zapier, and others.
• Track KPIs related to client responsiveness, intake conversion, and satisfaction.
• Train team members on using new systems and processes.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and legal ethics rules.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in legal operations, legal tech, or professional services operations.
• Familiarity with Clio, Filevine, Lawmatics, or similar platforms.
• Strong project management skills (bonus for Lean/Six Sigma/Agile experience).
• Demonstrated interest or experience in AI and workflow automation.
