Hours:
Until July 7th: 20 hours/week After July 7th: 40 hours/week
Schedule:
MondayFriday, approximately 7:00 AM 5:00 PM (within the time zone you sit) We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to lead and support a team of 75 fully remote Rider Assistants. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective scheduling, and high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, a natural leader, and thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:
Oversee a team of 75 Rider Assistants, ensuring optimal performance and engagement.

Scheduling:
Create and manage weekly schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficiency.

Training & Onboarding:
Facilitate basic training for new Rider Assistants and support ongoing learning initiatives.

Reporting:
Track and report on key performance metrics, attendance, and productivity.

Escalation Handling:
Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving escalated issues quickly and effectively.

Weekly Syncs:
Lead weekly team syncs to align on goals, share updates, and foster team cohesion.

Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance team performance and service quality.
