We’re seeking a Regional Director to lead property operations across a select portfolio, working closely with ownership and our Director of Property Management. What You’ll Do Lead day-to-day operations across multiple properties, ensuring financial goals, occupancy, and operational excellence are met. Develop and manage annual budgets; review monthly financials and implement action plans as needed. Provide on-site leadership and coaching to Community Directors and teams, with regular visits to each property (minimum 4 days/week). Hire, train, and manage community teams while promoting strong service culture and performance. Maintain owner relations through proactive updates and rapid response to concerns. Oversee capital needs, vendor coordination, and physical upkeep of all sites. Analyze market trends and adjust pricing/marketing strategies accordingly. What You Bring 5-10 years of experience overseeing multifamily assets or portfolios. Strong financial management, budgeting, and leadership skills. Hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or related field; CPM®, ARM®, or similar credentials preferred. Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office tools. Willingness to travel across Atlanta portfolio and be on-site frequently.
