Summary We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader to join our team at North Fulton Metals, LLC. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and ensure that our objectives are met efficiently. Your leadership will be vital in driving our mission of excellence in the metal recycling sector. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate team operations, including material handling, sorting, and processing of materials. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. Supervise, train, and mentor personnel to foster a productive and safe working environment. Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance as needed. Optimize processes to improve efficiency and material flow. Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials. Address any operational issues or concerns promptly and effectively. Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall productivity. Qualifications Proven experience in a supervisory role within a recycling or industrial yard setting. Strong knowledge of recycling operations and safety protocols. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to operate heavy machinery (e.g., forklifts, loaders) is a plus. Ability to work in various weather conditions.
