$13/hour + Monthly Performance Bonuses Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and organized Business Operations Coordinator to serve as a key administrative and client support team member across three core divisions of our company: TSG Logistics (Freight Agent VIP Program) The Black Therapy Network (Behavioral Health & Therapy Services) Bail Connect (Bail Bond & Court Support Services) This role is designed for someone who can confidently manage multiple priorities across departments, provide professional client-facing communication , and maintain organized back-office workflows . While responsibilities span three programs, each area follows defined processes, and training will be provided to ensure success. The position is in-office and includes performance-based bonuses based on VIP agent retention and client satisfaction metrics. Key Responsibilities by Program 1. TSG Logistics – Freight Agent VIP Program (Primary Focus) Conduct outreach and follow-ups with prospective agents to explain and enroll them in the program Guide new agents through onboarding, platform setup, and training access Serve as the main contact for VIP agents: provide updates, support, and weekly engagement check-ins Track enrollment and retention goals using internal spreadsheets and CRMs Earn monthly bonuses tied to program retention and performance targets 2. The Black Therapy Network – Provider & Client Support Process onboarding for new therapists, including licensure verification and documentation uploads Maintain organized records of therapist availability, specialties, and client caseloads Assist with intake forms and client coordination to support successful service start Communicate with clients and providers to resolve minor administrative issues 3. Bail Connect – Court Support & Documentation Management Prepare and process all required documents for bail bond clients and co-signers Track active cases and monitor court dates, providing timely reminders to clients Maintain accurate case files and ensure all compliance forms are properly completed Provide professional communication with courts, clients, and families as needed Who We’re Looking For Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects without losing focus Confident communicator via phone, email, and in person Professional, friendly, and solutions-oriented
Tech-savvy:
Google Drive, spreadsheets, email platforms Prior experience in customer service, case coordination, or admin support is a plus Must be reliable and consistent — this is a front-line role critical to our operations
