Charlotte, NC About the Role We’re looking for a strategic Marketing Manager to own and grow our lead generation efforts targeting HR leaders, benefits brokers, and channel partners. We’re looking for someone who can analyze what’s worked, spot what’s missing, and build a plan to scale our marketing engine. You’ll have the space to bring your ideas, try new tactics, and refine messaging as you go. You’ll be the driving force behind our external marketing strategy—developing content and campaigns that educate the market, generate qualified leads, and position BrightDime as a trusted partner in employee financial wellness. You’ll also be involved with our end user-facing marketing (email campaigns, webinars, etc.), ensuring it stays aligned with our brand and product goals. What You’ll Do Own BrightDime’s B2B marketing strategy—from high-level messaging to campaign execution
Audit past marketing efforts and identify gaps and new opportunities for growth
Develop and execute demand generation campaigns across LinkedIn, email, webinars, paid ads, video, and partner channels
Create and refine content that drives awareness, interest, and sales conversations
Collaborate with sales to align on ICPs, lead quality, and content needs
Supervise employee-facing campaigns, but focus your time on top-of-funnel and mid-funnel strategy
Report on performance and iterate quickly based on what’s working What We’re Looking For 1-3+ years of growth-focused B2B marketing experience, ideally in HR tech, personal finance, or employee benefits
A self-starter who can build and lead a marketing strategy
Someone who can quickly understand a new space, connect the dots, and take action
Proven ability to create and optimize campaigns that generate qualified leads
Excellent writing and content creation skills (video, written, social, email)
Comfortable using tools like HubSpot, Zoom, LinkedIn, and video editing
Collaborative, curious, and energized by the idea of growing something that matters
Salary Range:
60-65k
