Duties Lead and manage the operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the organization. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement. Supervise staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations to foster professional growth. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align operational strategies with business development goals. Conduct regular assessments of processes to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction. Manage profit loss statements, ensuring financial targets are met through effective resource allocation. Qualifications Proven experience in an operations management role or similar position. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively. Excellent project management skills with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
