We’re deploying groundbreaking cashless payment technology across New York City—and we’re looking for Field Services Manager who can manage the Field Services Team, helping to deploy our solution in the field. This is an exciting opportunity to lead from the ground, support a high-energy team, and help drive innovation in one of the most vibrant cities in the world. What You’ll Do Work closely with the Field Operations Director and other Field Services Managers to coordinate all field related activities and ensure that resources are allocated effectively to meet committed timelines. Manage a large team of field technicians, ensuring efficient workload distribution and coordination. Train field technicians to ensure they can perform installation and upgrade services as required. Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, identify potential issues, perform quality checks, and provide on-site support. Review and evaluate work performed by teams and take necessary corrective actions and additional training as required. Become a product expert, assisting with troubleshooting and support. Ensure that the necessary resources, including equipment and personnel, are available at project sites. Address field-related challenges and implement solutions to keep projects on track. Maintain open and effective communication with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Experience with project management tools and software is a plus.
