What You’ll Do:
Lead daily operations of water/ fire/ mold mitigation and cleaning services, from emergency response to project completion Supervise and support remediation and cleaning technicians, crew leaders and office staff, promoting a culture of accountability and excellence Oversee job scheduling, equipment logistics, and project documentation to ensure efficiency and compliance Manage budgets, job costs, and KPI reporting to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction Collaborate with ownership and senior management to implement strategic goals and operational improvements Serve as a technical resource, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices
What You Bring:
3+ years of management experience in service driven business (IICRC certifications in mitigation a plus) Proven leadership and team management experience Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment A customer-first mindset with the ability to maintain calm and professionalism in emergency situations Why Join Us?
