About the role As a BusinessOperations Manager, youll be a catalyst for cross-functionalsuccess, unblocking challenges and leading peers to find successtogether. Youll use data analysis and business intelligence toolsto facilitate stronger alignment and decision-making. This roleoffers unique exposure to all aspects of our business whileproviding opportunities to lead high-impact initiatives thatdirectly influence Paxos strategic direction and operationalsuccess. What you’ll do Partner with teams across the organizationto facilitate outcomes-focused prioritization Lead cross-functionalinitiatives to improve the team’s chances for successful outcomesIdentify clear and actionable decisions that need rapid conclusionto unblock our business Take a step back to unpack why we facecertain challenges and identify potential permanent remediationsAbout you 7 years of experience in business operations or dataanalytics roles with a proven track record of driving improvedoutcomes Excellence in translating analysis into actionabledecisions and following through to successful implementationExcellence in distilling complex issues to their essentialcomponents and bringing others up to speed on what matters mostDemonstrated experience using AI tools to improve how you workStrong proficiency in data analysis, business intelligence tools,SQL and data visualization tools Bachelors degree in Business,Economics, or related field; MBA preferred Knowledge of financialservices or blockchain technology is a plus Pay and benefits Paxosoffers a competitive total compensation and benefits package,including equity and bonuses based on both your individualperformance and company performance. Eligibility for bonuses isdependent on job level, and actual salary within the range dependson your skills, experience, and qualifications. Expected range forthe base salary component for candidates located within the UnitedStates is: $141,069—$165,964 USD
