About the Role As a Senior Manager, DigitalStrategy, you’ll be building performance, guiding media teams andorchestrating growth for top advertisers. This role is for you ifyou relish managing large client relationships, as well as guidingdigital paid media strategy across paid search, social ≺ogrammatic advertising. You’ll be working at the intersection ofonline advertising execution and sustained growth. We are lookingfor someone with a passion for digital marketing who wants to joina fast-growing, fun digital agency that is hyper-focused on clientperformance and bridging the gap between brand and demand media.

The ideal candidate is confident in their ability to drive brandand product awareness, speak to brand and upper funnel strategy andmeasurement, and tie these results in with performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

Act as Account Strategist supporting the AccountLead across 1-3 of Performance.

Monks largest ecommerce clients Helpto build, manage, and maintain the client relationship Driveoverall account strategy, forecasting, and media planning foromnichannel media teams Analyze brand and upper funnel data, KPIs,and understand how that impacts performance media Work withmeasurement and research teams to deliver industry insights andrelevant performance based updates Encourage expansion into newdigital paid media channels to facilitate growth and bringinnovative ideas to your clients to help achieve maximum growthAbout You The essentials: 3 years of multichannel marketingexperience with ecommerce clients across paid search, paid social,display, OLV/CTV and remarketing efforts Familiarity with planningtools such as MRI Simmons, Nielsen Media Impact, and PathmaticsExperience forecasting and allocating digital marketing budgetsacross channels respective to brand and performance media goals Youare a communication guru when presenting digital marketing strategyto executive audiences You frequently find yourself stepping intoleadership roles and want those around you to succeed Not afraid toget in the weeds, but still able to see the trees, forest, andecosystem ‘Strategic’ and ‘Innovative’ are attributes commonlyassociated with you 4-year college degree or equivalent workexperience Not a must, but a plus: Directly managed paid search orsocial budgets of $100,000 in monthly ad spend At Monks, we believein fostering an environment where a diversity of perspectives canthrive.
