Schedule:

Various shifts | 16-20 hours/week | Every other weekend required

What You’ll Be Doing:

Answer incoming calls from hospital patients placing meal orders
Verify dietary restrictions and approved food options using internal systems
Navigate patient health records and nursing data with confidentiality and care
Accurately input orders and update logs in a fast-paced environment
Deliver outstanding, compassionate phone support at all times What You Bring to the

Role:

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication skills and professional phone demeanor
Confidence using computers and multitasking between systems
Understanding of patient privacy (HIPAA compliance)
Ability to walk or stand during shift and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
Reliability and consistent attendance are essential
