Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Order Entry & Customer Service Representative . This role is responsible for accurately entering customer orders into our system, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction through excellent service and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter customer orders into the order management system in a timely manner. Communicate with customers via phone, email, regarding order status, product information, and shipping Resolve customer complaints, issues, or concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with warehouses regarding sales, production, and shipping to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery. Maintain accurate and organized customer records and documentation. Process order modifications, cancellations, and returns as needed. Identify and escalate recurring issues or trends to management for process improvement. Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as assigned. Monthly inventory audits

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred. 5+ years of experience in order entry, customer service, or a related administrative role. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Proficient in QuickBooks a plus Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Experience working with freight companies/logistics

Work Environment:

Office setting with standard Full-time business hours [Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM]. Must be comfortable working independently. There are times employee will be at the office alone.
