In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are accurately packaged and prepared for distribution. You will play a crucial part in maintaining high standards of quality and safety while contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Duties Package food items according to established guidelines, ensuring accuracy and quality. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the packing area in compliance with food safety standards. Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, including portioning and assembling products. Utilize POS systems for inventory management and tracking packaged goods. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting with order fulfillment. Upsell additional products when appropriate to enhance customer experience. Perform basic retail math calculations to ensure accurate inventory levels. Collaborate with team members to optimize packing processes and improve efficiency. Skills Experience in food service or culinary environments is preferred. Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Familiarity with POS systems and retail math concepts. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation and packaging processes.
