Pick Pack 4.2 4.2 out of 5 stars Pittsfield, MA 01201 Want to work in a fun and lively environment? Be busy and active all day? We have a full time temporary position for a Pick Pack (order selector) associate! In this Monday through Friday position, you will be responsible for accurately picking and packing our exciting products for shipment. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and have a passion for detail, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Order Picking:
Efficiently pick products from bins according to customer orders, using pick lists.
Packing:
Carefully pack items to ensure they arrive safely to customers, sealing and labeling packages accurately.
Inventory Management:
Assist in maintaining organized inventory and conduct regular counts, reporting any discrepancies.
Quality Control:
Perform quality checks to confirm the accuracy of orders and ensure product standards are met.
Shipping Preparation:
Prepare shipping labels and documentation, assisting in loading packages for delivery.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to all safety protocols while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with team members to meet shipping deadlines and enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is a plus. Must be able to stand, reach, bend, and stoop for the majority of the shift. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic computer skills Good communication skills and ability to thrive in a fun, team-oriented environment. #ESPriority
