We are looking for someone dedicated and detail-oriented to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. As a Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are assembled, fabricated, and packaged efficiently and accurately. This position requires a strong work ethic and the ability to work collaboratively within the team. This includes inspecting products for quality, protecting them properly with packaging materials, labeling them accurately, and ensuring they are loaded or staged correctly for delivery.

Job Duties:

Review daily packing orders and instructions provided by supervisors. Inspect finished cabinets and parts to ensure there are no defects, damage, or missing pieces. Carefully wrap, pad, and protect each item using appropriate materials (e.g., foam, corner protectors, shrink wrap, cardboard). Package items into boxes or secure them onto pallets following company standards. Label each package clearly with order number, customer name, and delivery information. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times. Follow all safety procedures, including proper lifting techniques and equipment use. Report damaged items, shortages, or packing issues to the supervisor immediately.
