The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are accurately packed and prepared for shipment. This position requires a strong focus on quality and efficiency, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within an assembly line environment. Duties Pack finished products into designated containers, ensuring proper labeling and organization. Assemble packaging materials as needed, utilizing hand tools and power tools for efficient packing. Inspect products for quality assurance before packing to ensure they meet company standards. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to transport materials as required. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols within the factory. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Assist in the fabrication of components when necessary, demonstrating mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues. Qualifications Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or warehouse environment is preferred. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools is highly desirable. Familiarity with assembly line processes and factory operations is beneficial. Strong mechanical knowledge to assist with basic troubleshooting of equipment. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual productivity. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
