We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Warehouse Associate / General Laborer. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is capable of lifting heavy materials, and can adapt to changing priorities. This role offers flexible scheduling and overtime opportunities during peak seasons.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and transport materials weighing 50 lbs or more.

Maintain a steady work pace while managing assigned tasks efficiently.

Adapt quickly to changing demands and work schedules.

Be available to work on short notice when required.

Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.

Assist with inventory management, organization, and general warehouse duties.

Qualifications:

Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs or more consistently.

Strong time management and self-motivation skills.

Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, events, and overtime during peak periods.

Experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus but not required.

Schedule & Compensation:

Minimum 20-30 hours per week with potential for increased hours during busy seasons.

Flexible scheduling with potential for short-notice shifts.

Competitive hourly pay with overtime opportunities.
