Picker/Packer Windward Design Group 286 Meter Street, Punxsutawney, PA 15767 Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Pick/Packer to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the flow of goods in and out of our warehouse. This position requires the ability to lift and package aluminum and MGP furniture. Duties Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy in documentation and inventory records. Collaborate with team members to optimize shipping and receiving processes, enhancing overall efficiency. Assist in the organization of the warehouse, ensuring that products are stored correctly and safely. Perform basic math calculations to verify quantities and ensure accuracy in order processing. Operate order pickers and other warehouse equipment as needed to fulfill orders. Requirements Previous experience in shipping and receiving or a related field is preferred. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy. Physical ability to lift packages and stand for extended periods as required by the role. Forklift certification preferred.
