This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a hands-on career in manufacturing. No prior experience is required — we provide on-the-job training!

• Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble air filters accurately and efficiently according to daily production schedules
• Create and prepare packets for production and packaging
• Operate the punch-out machine in a safe and effective manner
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate with team leads and report any issues with equipment or materials

• Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle light to moderate lifting
