Job Description

Our client, a global leader in engineering technologies, is seeking a Corporate Procurement Project Manager Compliance to join their team. As a Corporate Procurement Project Manager Compliance, you will be part of the Project Management Office supporting critical business transition initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

  • What’s the Job?
  • + Lead the enterprise-wide effort to identify, collect, and consolidate all active Permits, Licenses, and Registrations (PLRs) across business units and jurisdictions.

+ Partner with internal stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Operations, etc.) to validate PLR data and assess transferability. + Engage with external regulatory agencies to understand and document transfer or novation requirements. + Develop and maintain a centralized tracking system or dashboard to monitor PLR status and progress. + Create and manage a comprehensive action plan for novating each PLR, including timelines, dependencies, and required documentation.

  • What’s Needed?
  • + Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or PMP certification preferred.

+ 7+ years of project management experience, ideally in legal, regulatory, or compliance-focused environments. + Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. + Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. + Proficiency in project management tools such as Excel, Smartsheet, or equivalent platforms.
