132nd St, College Point, NY 11356 Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Used Car Inventory Manager to oversee the used car operations across all our dealership locations. This individual will be responsible for managing used vehicle inventory, leading acquisition and disposal strategies, optimizing inventory turns, and maximizing profitability across the group. Responsibilities Oversee all used car inventory at multiple dealership locations Manage the acquisition of quality pre-owned vehicles through auctions, trade-ins, and wholesale sources Monitor vehicle aging, pricing, and market trends to maintain optimal inventory levels Work with General Managers and sales teams to coordinate vehicle transfers and sales support Set and maintain pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability Establish reconditioning standards and timelines in partnership with service departments Track inventory performance, turnover, and gross profit metrics across stores Develop and manage vendor relationships (auction houses, wholesalers, logistics) Train and supervise dealership-level used car managers or buyers Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements Qualifications 3+ years of experience in used vehicle management, preferably in a multi-store dealership environment Strong knowledge of auction platforms (e.g., Manheim, ACV), market pricing tools, and vehicle valuation Proven leadership and decision-making ability Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills Proficient in inventory management systems and CRM/DMS software Join our team as a Preconstruction Manager and contribute to shaping successful construction projects from the ground up!
