ESE Teacher/Program Coordinator Pinecrest Cove Preparatory Academy 4301 SW 107th Avenue, Miami, FL 33165 ESE Teacher/ Program Coordinator Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate ESE Teacher/Program Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the development and implementation of programs tailored for children. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health, mentoring, and classroom management, ensuring that all students receive the support they need to thrive in a nurturing environment. Responsibilities Develop and coordinate educational programs that cater to children Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists to create individualized learning plans. Provide mentorship and guidance to students, fostering their social and emotional development. Monitor student progress and adjust programs as necessary to meet individual needs. Facilitate communication between families and school staff to ensure a cohesive support system. Organize workshops and training sessions for staff on best practices in special education and behavioral health. Maintain accurate records of student progress and program effectiveness. Experience Experience working with children Background in behavioral health or related fields is preferred. Strong classroom management skills to create a structured learning environment. Proven ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. Experience in mentoring or guiding students in an educational context is highly desirable. Previous childcare experience will be considered an asset.

Bachelor’s degree valid FLDOE teaching certificate US work authorization
