FRC Clinician 4.0 4.0 out of 5 stars Vineyard Haven, MA 02568 SUMMARY Working under the direction of the FRC Program Director, the FRC Clinician is responsible for oversight of clinical aspects of running the FRC. The FRC Clinician is responsible for performing trauma-informed intakes, and to conduct intakes and assessments for families experiencing CRA-related issues. The FRC Clinician may also facilitate groups based on the needs of the program. The FRC Clinician will provide support and supervision for the FRC Direct Service Staff (School Liaisons, Family Support Worker and Family Partner) as well as assist in the development and implementation of Family Support Plans. Evenings and weekends mandatory. This position may be considered for a Flexible Work Arrangement, if approved by Program Director, CEO and a Flexible Work Agreement is completed. Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions (essential functions•): Provide Services to

Families:

Responsible for oversight of clinical aspects of the FRC Performs trauma-informed intakes, and conducts intakes, screening and assessments for families experiencing CRA-related issues Completes FASTs in collaboration with the Family Partner Provides support and supervision in the development and implementation of Family Support Plans. Facilitate parenting and support groups as well as evidence based programming

FRC Programming:

a. Assist in presenting evidenced-based FRC program curriculum as well facilitate other programming of the FRC, including groups, events and community events• b. Attend trainings relevant to this position

Others:

Provides support working as a team member with FRC Staff, focusing on the development and implementation of Family Support Plans. Makes referrals for services based on screenings and assessments completed for families experiencing CRA-related issues. Assists in training staff and establishing a training schedule for staff and community as requested by the FRC Program Director. Reviews curriculum and provides input on group development for future programming as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

Master’s Degree, License (LMHC or LCSW) required Experience as a licensed clinician with experience administering the CANS assessment (FAST) Proficiency in word processing and excel. Ability to work independently Ability to organize and prioritize work Ability to maintain confidentiality of information Excellent oral and written communication skills Knowledge of evidence based programming Respect for individual differences and dignity Ability to foster a collaborative, team-oriented work environment Ability to organize and prioritize work Excellent interpersonal skills. Valid Driver’s License. Reliable independent transportation.
