At Seven Hills Vineyard Support, we’re seeking an experienced and dedicated Program Director to lead our Day Program for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. A Studio Apartment is available to rent (utilities included) plus hourly pay, benefits, paid vacation time and more. This is more than a leadership role—it’s an opportunity to guide a dynamic team, shape impactful programming, and support individuals in building skills and enhancing their quality of life every single day. Responsibilities As Program Director, you’ll oversee the full spectrum of day program operations, including responsibility for the overall operation of the site including: Designing and leading engaging, person-centered programming Managing budgets, contracts, and regulatory compliance and be familiar with regulations and statues governing the human rights of program participants Supporting families and advocating for program participant. Cultivating a positive team culture and supervising program staff Collaborating with government agencies, community partners, and internal teams This position includes direct support of individuals served.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor’s degree (required)
Experience:
3-5 years in a related human services field
License:
Valid Class C or D driver’s license A strong commitment to advocacy, inclusion, and skill development for people with disabilities Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills This position includes access to a Studio Apartment to rent (utilities included).
