Our client is currently seeking a Program Manager! This is a 12-month contract and will be

days onsite in Kansas City, MO.
As a Program Manager, you will lead cross-functional initiatives that drive the successful delivery of product development and strategic programs. You will manage all phases of the project lifecycle, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Your ability to communicate effectively, lead in Agile environments, and manage complex datasets will be key to your success.
Responsibilities
Lead all phases of the project lifecycle, including project planning, kickoff, execution, and closeout.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
Collaborate with program teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues.
Drive strategic program planning and execution for both product development and strategy-based initiatives.
Communicate project status, risks, and scope clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
Facilitate decision-making and foster collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Ensure alignment with Agile (Scrum and/or SAFe) methodologies throughout program execution.
Support financial management activities related to program budgets and forecasts.
Analyze and manage financial product datasets to support program goals.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience managing and delivering product development or strategy-based programs.
Proven track record of leading programs in Agile (Scrum) and/or SAFe environments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
Demonstrated experience leading data-centric programs, including data governance, data quality, or data platform initiatives, with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with financial management and budgeting.
Familiarity with financial product datasets and related analysis.
