PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Managetraining department projects such as accreditation team visits,plant evaluation training review and outage in-processing. Plan,coordinate and manage activities associated with the development,implementation, delivery and evaluation of Constellation Nucleartraining programs including the coordination of accreditationactivities and the systematic approach to train (SAT) application.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Manages In-Processing for thetraining department.
- Leads and manages preparation andimplementation of Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO)continuum visits for the clean energy centers.
- Leads and managespreparation and implementation of training programs for plantevaluations.
- Manages training department projects for example,facility upgrades.
- Maintain the detailed scope, quality,performance, schedule and budget of assigned project(s) inaccordance with the Constellation Management Model procedures andstandard practices.
- Develops and maintains the budget andbusiness plan initiatives to ensure that training facilities,equipment, materials, records and personnel qualifications supporttraining program goals.
- Participates in Nuclear RegulatoryCommission, INPO, and management audits or assessments.
- Evaluatesthe need for outside services, coordinates the drafting of bidspecifications, evaluates proposals, recommends qualified vendorsand manages the purchased programs and services
- All other jobassignments and/or duties pursuant to company policy or as directedby management to include but not limited to: (Emergency Responseduties and/or coverage, Department duty coverage and/or call out,and positions outside of department in support of outage activitiesetc.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a technicaldiscipline, education or training with 3 years of relatedexperience OR
- Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator licensewith 3 years of related experience OR
- Associate’s degree with 5years of related experience OR
- High school diploma/GED with 7years of related experience
- Maintain minimum access requirementsor unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorablemedical examination and/or testing in accordance with positionduties
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in the implementationof training programs
- Experience in leading teams from multipleorganizations in accomplishing diverse tasks and assignments
- Instructional experience
- Experience on INPO accreditation orevaluation teams, benchmarking and peer assessment teams
- Knowledge of and experience with the systematic approach totraining (SAT)
