We have an exciting leadership opportunity at The Arc Mid-Hudson for a Residential Program Manager, supporting individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, in our Central Region, at the Gardiner residence. Six very active and outgoing men live at Gardiner. This spacious home, located only five miles from Main Street in the town of New Paltz, provides staff with an opportunity to work with unique, fun-loving gentlemen, who have a variety of passions including music, movies, video games, and sports. Gardiner residence is situated in a beautiful country setting, offering the convenience of being close to many types of recreational and educational activities. Responsibilities for this seasoned manager include supervising staff and assuring that plans of care are followed for the individuals we support. This motivated leader will possess an Associates degree in Human Services or a related field, a Bachelors degree is highly desired, and will have strong organizational skills and leadership experience. Previous experience supporting individuals with disabilities is highly preferred. The Arc Mid-Hudson offers an extensive and informative new hire orientation in a comfortable learning environment. We also provide additional development opportunities for our management staff.
HOURS:
40/Tuesday through Saturday/flexible, based on needs of program
STARTING SALARY
$ 60,405.80 per year Minimum Requirements + Bachelors degree preferred + Supervisory experience + Computer skills + Acceptable NYS Driver’s license
