Program Director Confidential Lyndora, PA 16045 Overview The Program Director plays a pivotal role in overseeing and managing programs designed to support individuals with developmental disabilities. This leadership position requires a blend of strategic vision, administrative expertise, and a commitment to fostering positive outcomes for clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in social work, behavioral health, and program management, ensuring the effective delivery of services while adhering to budgetary constraints. Duties Develop and implement program strategies that align with organizational goals and client needs. Supervise staff and manage daily operations to ensure high-quality service delivery. Foster relationships with stakeholders, including families, community partners, and funding agencies. Oversee budgeting processes to ensure financial sustainability and compliance with regulations. Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for improvements. Provide training and support to staff on best practices in working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and maintain comprehensive documentation of program activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Proven experience in working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Skills in budgeting and financial management within a programmatic context. Excellent administrative capabilities, including proficiency in program development and management. Demonstrated ability in relationship management and effective communication skills. Experience supervising staff and leading teams towards achieving common goals. Knowledge of behavioral health principles is highly desirable.
