Job Description
Program Specialist 3.1 3.1 out of 5 stars Meadville, PA The In-home specialist will provide a variety of services to families in need and identified through Crawford county’s Children Youth Services (CYS). Services are community based and within the family’s home.
Services included:
Anger Management Engage family in working through identified Anger Management curriculum teaching skills to decrease and successfully manage anger and improve stress management. Homemaking Engage family in education instruction regarding having a variety of skills to promote a healthy, safe and stable environment for children and their families. Skills include understanding clean homes, nutrition, budgeting, health and hygiene and basic parenting skills. Parenting Engage family in parenting skill training to assist the parent in improving their skills in managing their children’s behavior and increasing positive and healthy interactions between parent and child.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or Associates or Bachelor’s degree
Current Clearances:
FBI Background, Child Abuse History and Criminal History Updated TB test
