Verizon Client RelationsAssociate Key Duties:

Act as the main point of contact for Verizon5G customers, addressing inquiries related to billing, planchanges, technical issues, and general account information.

Identify customer needs to offer customized solutions and promotethe newest Verizon 5G services, devices, and special offers.

Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Verizon 5G’swireless plans, promotions, and devices to effectively educate andadvise customers. Work with internal teams to quickly andprofessionally resolve customer issues, aiming for high levels ofsatisfaction and customer retention. Maintain accurate records ofcustomer interactions, sales, and service activities within CRMsystems. Attend team meetings and regular training sessionsalongside Verizon Client Relations Associates to remain up-to-dateon new products and service developments.
