Anticipated SalaryRange:

$150,947.00 – $220,000.00. The salary range for this role isintended as a good faith estimate based on the role’s location,expectations, and responsibilities. Job DescriptionEnlighten is looking for a Senior Program Manager (PM) to provideleadership of a cloud big data program. The program requiresknowledge of cloud computing technologies, program managementconcepts, and agile software development. The PM will interfacewith the government contracting officer representative (COR) andthe Enlighten management team. The PM performs day-to-daymanagement of the program and develops long-term and strategicobjectives to help ensure that end user requirements will besatisfied in future years of the contract. Work is a hybrid roleout of our Columbia, MD office with some travel. LI-DS1 Mid-SeniorLevel Essential Job Responsibilities Assist in customer meetings,trade shows, conferences with public speaking on companycapabilities. Responsible for numerous aspects of the contract toinclude program execution, meeting or exceeding delivery objectivesand milestones, and outstanding cost performance. Responsible forformulating and enforcing work standards, developing and executingproject schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervisingpersonnel and communicating policies, procedures, and goals to teammembers. Will work with the technical leads to oversee personneland technical management of all tasks and will ensure that the fullrange of corporate resources is available to perform the requiredtasks. Provides management oversight of all program personnel, bothEnlighten and subcontractors, ensuring the highest quality of taskcompletion and deliverables in accordance with the contract.

Performs horizontal integration planning, and interfaces frequentlywith other functional areas such as subcontracts, project control,and personnel security. Ensures program deliverables and schedulesare implemented in a timely manner; provides supervision, training,and direction to staff; and serves as the single point of contactfor all customer issues or concerns. Accountable for meetingcontractual performance criteria and due dates during servicedelivery, and successful overall project completion. Other dutiesas assigned. Minimum Qualifications Security Clearance – A currentSecret level U.S. Government Security clearance is required; U.S.Citizenship required. Can also consider candidates with a TS/SCIlevel security clearance. Will be put in for one, if candidatedoesn’t have it. 8 years of experience working with projects ofsimilar scope, type and complexity and a Bachelors in relatedfield; 6 years relevant progressive experience with Masters inrelated field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 12 yearsrelevant progressive experience. Direct experience in managingmulti-task contracts and subcontracts of various types andcomplexity including Firm Fixed Price (FFP). Must have FFP contractexperience. Must have prior experience supporting technicalcontracts for DoD customers (prefer prior experience with UPDM,Army, Air Force, Joint Operations). Prior experience managingtechnical contracts (like Software Engineer, or Big Data) and/orprior technical skills is required. Ability to work with technicalexperts like Software Engineers to help support the customersneeds. Experience hitting project milestones, maintaining a projectschedule, providing documentation, etc. Superb communication skillsand strong public speaking skills. Strong knowledgeable andunderstanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) andDefense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS). Abilityto travel up to 10% of the time CONUS and OCONUS, sometimes onshort notice. Must be able to work a hybrid schedule with someon-site work in Columbia, MD. Flexibility is essential to adapt toschedule and travel changes as needed. Preferred Requirements Acurrent TS/SCI security clearance is a big plus.
