The Executive Liaison & Project Manager provides high-level administrative support to The Bushnell’s President & CEO and Chief Operating Officer & Vice President, Marketing, while also serving as a key contributor to the planning and execution of projects that advance institutional goals. This role requires a dynamic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and is capable of managing complex calendars, communications, and logistics while simultaneously driving cross-functional projects forward. The individual will act as a liaison to internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring operational efficiency, executive effectiveness, and strategic alignment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Executive Support Manage complex calendars for the President & CEO and COO/VP, Marketing, ensuring strategic use of time and anticipating scheduling needs. Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and materials preparation. Oversee travel planning, itinerary development, and expense reconciliation. Act as the point of contact for communications with high-level stakeholders, including Board members, government officials, community leaders, and patrons. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Receive and triage inquiries directed to the President & CEO and COO/VP, Marketing, ensuring appropriate and timely responses. Project Management & Strategic Support Lead planning, execution, and evaluation of special projects that support institutional priorities, with a focus on maximizing impact, efficiency, and cross-departmental alignment. Assist in defining project scopes, timelines, budgets, and deliverables in partnership with senior leaders. Collaborate with department directors and staff to support interdepartmental engagement and successful project implementation. Provide regular updates and documentation for project stakeholders and institutional leadership. Identify and implement improvements to enhance project execution and operational workflows. Institutional Initiatives VIP ticketing and hospitality for donors, government officials, and other priority guests. Coordination of house seats for Broadway and other non-Bushnell venues. Coordination of the Institutional Ticket Donation program in support of community groups. Legislative and industry research in support of institutional advocacy. Serve as a key internal partner in the execution of key organization-wide initiatives as directed by the President & CEO or COO. Other Duties Perform additional responsibilities at the discretion of the President & CEO and COO/VP, Marketing, often in collaboration with other departments. Education and/or

Experience:

College Degree and 2-3 years’ experience desired.
