What you´ll do Coordinate and support monthly SteerCo meetings, including scheduling, briefing of members, and preparation of charts and materials. Support preparations for key cross-functional project meetings, including briefing participants and managing content development under the guidance of the Project Lead. Schedule and manage regular workstream calls, ensuring timely updates to milestone planning and overall alignment. Act as the go-to contact for workstreams, supporting daily ad hoc requests and ensuring smooth operational flow. Support periodic Townhall meetings by coordinating with the Project Lead and relevant teams on content creation, logistics, and execution. Take ownership of small, ad hoc projects as needed (e.g., data collection, defining concepts, tracking deliverables). Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, ensuring consistency and accuracy across presentations and project documentation. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.
