Position Summary We are seeking an experienced, organized, and motivated Roofing Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will oversee roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction. You’ll be the critical link between our clients, crews, vendors, and internal team. Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of roofing projects (residential and commercial), from initial estimate to final inspection Schedule and coordinate crews, materials, equipment, and subcontractors Conduct pre-construction meetings, site inspections, and quality control checks Maintain consistent communication with homeowners, property managers, and insurance adjusters Track project progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely completion Document job status, photos, change orders, and site safety compliance Ensure projects meet company standards, building codes, and insurance requirements Represent the Advantage Roofing brand with professionalism and integrity at all times Qualifications 3+ years of roofing or construction project management experience (residential or commercial) Strong knowledge of roofing systems, Florida building codes, and insurance claim processes Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Xactimate, Roofr, or similar) and insurance billing platforms Exceptional organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with project management software, mobile apps, and digital documentation Valid Florida Driver’s License and reliable transportation (company vehicle may be provided) Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus What We Offer Competitive salary + performance-based bonuses Company vehicle and fuel card (based on role) Health benefits and PTO Ongoing training and career development A supportive team environment that values honesty, transparency, and responsiveness The chance to grow with one of Tampa Bay’s fastest-rising roofing companies Why Join Advantage Roofing?
